I mean there's really not much to improve on with MLB 2k12 aside from the graphics - the gameplay is so very fun and intuitive and skill-based, the complexity makes it so you can make tiny adjustments to almost everything, even with stuff I don't really understand like calling up/sending down to the minors, or managing injuries. I mean I get that these games work best with a gamepad, but I'm using an Xbox 360 gamepad on my PC, a lot of people do these days.
